| Many of our existing guests are familiar with the fantastic hospitality offered by Dimitris, the owner of the Seagull and Aeolos apartments, where guests return year after year. The Seagull and Aeolos are so popular that we were delighted when Dimitris, announced that he was building three additional new villas. Palekastro Villas will be built a little further along the beach from the Seagull Villas, set in a slightly elevated position with uninterrupted sea views, offering real peace and quiet and positioned right on the beach of Kouremenos. This lovely semi-deserted coastline, renowned for its romantic ambience, makes these villas an extremely good choice for couples. At sunset you will be able to experience the fantastic amber vignettes sweeping silently down onto the 3 km bay, all this literally on the doorstep of your accommodation! The beach is 500 metres from the garden of the villas, which enjoy the privacy of being the only properties this far along the beach. All three villas will be furnished in modern and comfortable style. Each villa will have a private pool and a barbecue, all the ingredients needed to make the most of enjoying a few ‘late afternoon and long into the night’ meals. If you decide to eat out then stroll 500 metres, and you will come to the Seagull taverna, also owned by the highly experienced Dimitris, here you can choose from a wide choice of dishes |
